The gladiators used to say to Caesar, “Those who are about to die salute you”. Cheery, huh. We reverse the phrase to give another salute. Not every article here has to make sense, as we attempt to explain.

Hi Kevin, what you wrote is simply amazing. It describes what I have become after a 2 year relationship ended. I am emotionally dead yet I am still able to be kind & gentle to everyone. I am fully aware of my own emotional death but I hope I will be able to revive it(somehow). Perhaps you could enlighten me or advise me?
